No. For buyers you onboard manually, Zein creates an order board — a single URL secured by passkeys. Your buyer opens the link, enters a passkey, and starts ordering. There's no username or password to manage.
A default-venue passkey can see and manage orders across every venue on the board, and it's the only session that can create venues or rotate passkeys. A branch passkey is scoped to a single venue's own orders and can't change access for anyone.
Yes. Either the seller or the buyer can propose adding, removing, or modifying order lines. The counterparty confirms the change, so an order only moves forward once both sides agree.
Pricing and amounts are VAT-aware throughout, driven by each account's VAT-payer setting. Refunds are issued against delivered orders and reconcile cleanly against the original sale.
The platform ships in Azerbaijani (default) and English, switchable from anywhere in the app — including the order boards your buyers use.
The current focus (Phase 1) is supplier and buyer management. Marketplace features are planned for a later phase.
